What's Happenin'

Welcome to our new website

ua-local-logo1Welcome to the new website for the UA Local 628. This is a resource to learn about our local, its history and the kind of work we do. It’s also a place where we’ll be posting news and information for and about our members.

Potential members can find out about our apprenticeship programs and employers can learn about what our members’ skills, work ethic and expertise can bring to a worksite.

The most prominent part of this site is this blog. We’re calling it “What’s Happenin’,” because that is what it’s about. We’ll write about union events, courses, and things like changes to collective agreements and benefits. We’d also like to post news about our members too. Read more…
